Item List - how to create - how to use

I dont want to cut and paste all that Cali and Pande put in forums, and all should be registered and checkign into OL forums anyhow... so all I am going to do is post this very awesome, very useful link.

Item lists are great... but occasionally they spontaneously close due to a "magical interference"... I wonder if its some sort of anti macro technology or a real bug?
